It started in a real garden
A backyard garden doesn’t pause for a crowded week. Beds and containers need water through heat, travel, and everything else life puts on the calendar. GardenSeer began in our own food garden, where we kept notes, compared photos, and built software to understand what was happening. That work led us to a simple priority: make the everyday jobs easier to do well.
Quality is in the everyday details
The details that matter are often unglamorous: a fitting that holds, instructions you can follow, a schedule you can trust, and a clear answer when something goes wrong. Those details shape the products we want to put our name on. Before a product earns the GardenSeer name, we’ll look closely at how it sets up, works outdoors, and gets supported.
We’re starting with water
Our first focus is a smart outdoor hose timer for backyard food gardens. The goal is a straightforward watering routine that fits around busy weeks, hot days, and time away.

Technology with a job to do
We’re building software alongside the products to make setup, support, control, and garden history more useful over time. Selected sensors and compatible equipment may eventually add context. Each addition has to make the experience clearer for the gardener.
